One of my clients is a software developer who spends many hours typing and looking at a computer screen. Over time he started experiencing tightness in his neck and fatigue in his wrists and forearms. During the session, I focused on the neck, shoulders, and forearms to release tension built up from long hours of computer work. After the massage he said his neck felt lighter and his arms felt more relaxed. I suggested taking short breaks from the computer, stretching the wrists and shoulders during the day, and getting regular massage sessions to help prevent tension from building up.
